Unresponsive Wont let you remove items

Thanks for not putting the cheese I paid for in the bag, even though I asked about it. Guess the only option is to sit in the drive thru and check every single item to make sure I actually got what I paid for. Enjoy the 1 star

To the guy saying ketchup on a slider you are gross and have just ordered childrens burgers your whole life!!

Im not sure who to blame. I used this for the first time not too long ago and actually deleted the app after one try. I ordered a decent amount of food and had my dad pick it up on the way back to our house. He got there and there was no food ready which they then told him they didnt see the order. He had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the food. Plus the app it self needs some work.

App wont load when opened.

Without any coupons this app is worthless to me. I have zero need to pre-order my fast food. I quickly deleted after seeing it wouldnt benefit me at all.

You literally cannot order White Castle online.

Downloaded it to look at the menu (why isnt it on the mobile site?) and it wouldnt open. Piece of crap(p).

Because all the features worked perfectly when I downloaded it. Able to set location, browse the food menu, and order online without a problem.

Just advertising and no coupons

I dont even see the point in the app you order your food and when you go to pick it up order still isnt ready Im waiting right now just as long as if I would have just came without pre ordering really do your employees even try and start making the orders or they just say F*** that Ill do it when they get here

It has all the features an app like this should have, all it needs is to look a bit cleaner for the newer iPhones. 9/10

I generally like this app on my iPhone 6s. However, every time I press the login button, my email and password come up pre-filled , even though I went into settings and turned off the auto login feature. I also removed the check mark for the remember me feature at the login screen. But the problem still persists. I prefer to re-enter my email address and password each time, for security reasons. I sent a email to the Whitecastle support team. Hopefully, I will hear from them. It would be nice to add items to ones my crave list directly from the menu. Currently, you have to add it to the sack and then press the button to add it to your my crave list. If you are not planning to place an actual order, then you have to delete the item from the sack.... a minor annoyance.

When you click on the chicken ring combo it says that it includes 2 sliders, fries and drink instead of chicken rings, fries and drink. I ordered the chicken ring combo online and was given the chicken sliders instead and my order had to be remade

On all the advertising at the white castles I go to, it shows a snowman of chicken and original sliders with fry arms that says you can get from the app for online ordering. I download. NO SNOWMAN! Want to give me a deal? Dont be deceiving!

App crashes constantly while searching for the closest store. Also, my order somehow went through 3 times to the restaurant and they wanted me to pay for 3 crave cases instead on 1 like I ordered! Needs some major backend improvements in order to keep up with other online ordering apps (see Jimmy johns)

I have a iPhone 6 with the updated IOS and I had no problems whatsoever. I ordered a Crave Case for 9:45 pick up time at the Drive thru and there it was like magic. Love it! Works even if your drunk!
