Employees need to be better trained on reviewing orders . Messed up my order ,didnt read special order instruction ! Very disappointed .
The app is incredibly bad. Tried to register 3 times but kicked back to the starting screen every time I got a notification. Gave up. Ill order Taco Bell.

Keeps crashing what a waste
Every time I get to the submit order section, App locks up and gives me some random error message. If I try to redo the order, it errors out immediately.
It doest let you create an account on the app. Even on the website itself you cant create an account. It give you an error. I wish i never go there anymore. Online service is worst then a 3rd world country.
I love the new user interface its much prettier, smoother, and seems to have not bugs!
I wanted to download this app so that I could enjoy some of the great deals offered. However, upon downloading it became apparent this app was poorly designed and implemented because it was riddled with errors. The biggest being the fact I was unable to enter my location, either manually or automatically, and thus wasnt able to order. Just terrible.
For the app to function correctly enable location setting.

I downloaded the app for the deals and it doesnt even have Las Vegas listed nor allows me to change it. How can I take advantage of the email deals and you dont have my location listed? I removed the app. So useless.
The Las Vegas location is not a corporate store, that is why the app does not see it as a location.
I tried this app for the first time yesterday and my order came out wrong. This is due to the fact the default settings for the burgers are confusing. Here"s an example. Original Slider (Default settings): Burger Options: Bacon - No Cheese - No Burger Basics: Onions - Yes Pickles - Yes Special Instructions: Ketchup - None Mustard - None Everyone knows the default slider has ketchup and no mustard, but this makes it look like you need to request them. If you do select them here, youll end up with a slider with mustard and EXTRA ketchup. Does that makes sense? I would expect the app to show me how a slider is prepared by default, and then allow me to customize. Not the case here. The Bacon Cheeseburger has bacon slice set to NONE by default. (????!!!) When I selected, YES, I ended up with extra bacon and an additional charge. Of course I dont like ketchup on my cheeseburger, and the default selection for ketchup is NONE, which I trusted. I ended up with ketchup. The default bacon cheeseburger is made with ketchup. Theres no way to request NO KETCHUP. Hey Im an engineer and I know I might be asking a lot from a company that makes fast food, but I thought I would give it a shot they MIGHT understand and fix this. Till then, Ill order at the counter. The burgers are still good.
Can not order via the app. Can not find a location via the app. Every Time you try to access an area in the app, you get an error message that refers to a .json file. App is totally useless.
I updated app and since then I can not log in. I tried a password reset and it says that I have been sent a link to my email to reset it. And I never received the email. Tried dozens of times.
This app will give warnings of "payloads". The user simply cannot log in and view the menu. Very disappointed
